Game Dev Stream #10 - Experimenting with rollback network synchronization in Godot

In this stream, I think we'll experiment with implementing rollback network synchronization (as popularized by fighting games and the GGPO library). If we can figure out how to do it, and it doesn't seem too crazy, then I may consider implementing this in Retro Tank Party.

And, with the new v1.1 release of Retro Tank Party coming any day now, we'll do a little playtesting as well! There's 4 new power-ups and a new game mode, so lots to test (and break).
